Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original Zémonts packaging with all protective films and tags intact.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our craftsmen, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our concierge. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturing faults.
